By hosting groups of students and young professionals in a dynamic setting, executives and business leaders provide opportunities to network, connect, and learn from successful, dedicated role models while providing Torah Hashkafa and a new way to approach business. This small gesture can leave a lasting impression on their Jewish and professional journeys.

It’s a legal holiday, and a mekarev gathered a group of Jewish business students to spend their vacation day in Staten Island to learn about the Torah perspective on wealth, network with Jewish leaders, and advance their skills. They’re looking for a place to facilitate workshops and a glimpse into the life of the boardroom provider as a model to guide them in this important session.

With guidance, resources, and content provided by Project Inspire, participants engage in weekly 30-minute learning sessions—whether in person or over Zoom—helping others grow in their Jewish journey. No advanced background is needed, just consistency, an open heart, and a commitment to learning together.

In a small community in Denver, Sarah, working toward her accounting degree, is eager to deepen her understanding of Tefillah but feels lost when trying to navigate the complexities of the prayers and their meanings. She would be eager if somone could teach her the meaning and the concepts behind the tefillos so she can start using her siddur and feel more connected.

A warm home can become a gathering place for connection. Through Shabbos meals, sleeping accommodations, Challah bakes, or casual discussions, hosts create an inviting Jewish environment that fosters meaningful relationships. No public speaking or expertise is required—just an open door and a welcoming atmosphere.

In the Five Towns, a group of college students is getting together for a weekend to experience an authentic Shabbos, but they’re in need of hosts for Friday night and sleeping accommodations. A warm, welcoming space will give them the opportunity to connect with their Yiddishkeit and each other, making their Shabbos experience meaningful and memorable.

Community Ambassadors serve as key points of contact for impactful outreach campaigns. From distributing Mishloach Manos, to promoting inspiring initiatives within their shul or community, Community Ambassadors help expand the reach of Jewish connection. Whether coordinating pickup locations, spreading the word, or facilitating outreach, their efforts spread the word to the broader frum community, making the ripple effect so much larger.

Project Inspire runs Yom Tov campaigns sending gifts with educational materials to engage people who are less affiliated and begin a connection. Many aren’t aware of these easy to distribute gifts, but are constantly in contact with less affiliated Jews and would be happy to share. Who can be the key person to share the opportunity? A point person for the shul? It’s an easy way to step up to help, creating a large impact.
